The concealed-fix wall panel is a micro-ribbed wall system in which the fixing screw stays inside the interlock. No fastener is visible on the surface; it is chosen for buildings where the facade is the face of the building.
In this version the core is polyurethane: 0.022 W/mK thermal conductivity, B-s1-d0 fire class with a PIR core. Thickness goes up to 200 mm and the panel is produced in a single piece up to 15.5 metres.
Concealed-fix installation is more sensitive to alignment: the plumb of the first panel sets the whole facade. The facing class is selected according to the environment; in coastal regions and aggressive atmospheres, PVDF or plastisol is used. Joint details are in the Library section.
