From 1994 to today

Nuhpanel was founded in 1994 in the Gebze Organised Industrial Zone. We have made sandwich panels since the day we were founded.

Today, on the two continuous production lines in our 65,000 m² facility, we make roof panels, wall panels, cold room panels, acoustic panels, air duct board, PIR insulation board and sectional door panels. Across eight main product groups we have 56 products in all.

Nuhpanel products are used in 40 countries today. We have taken part in more than 23,000 projects so far. Some of those projects, delivered across different sectors, can be seen in the Projects section.

Our mission

To produce solutions that lead the sector

We follow the needs of the sector closely and develop products that match changing expectations. We renew our production technologies continuously and invest in improving both the quality and the range of our products.

People are at the centre of our work. We train people who are competent in their field, we care about the development of our managers, and we keep moving our knowledge forward within the company.

For us quality is not merely an inspection at the end of production. A good product is the result of care shown from the very beginning of the work. Real quality appears when correct planning, correct production and the effort of people who know their job come together.

Production

The facility and the production lines

Our facility in the Gebze Organised Industrial Zone has 65,000 m² under cover. Production runs on two continuous lines.

Every stage of production, from the steel entering the line to the cut, follows on the same line. The insulation core is pressed uniformly along the panel, and the panel is cut to the length ordered rather than to a standard mould.

This production system lets us make panels up to 15.5 metres in one piece. Removing or reducing the transverse joints on a long roof makes the installation easier and improves the integrity of the roof.

Certificates

Quality and certification

We manufacture in accordance with national and international standards. The performance of our products is verified by tests in independent laboratories. Our panels carry the CE mark, and their fire performance is tested to EN 13501-1.

The certificates Nuhpanel holds include TSE (TS EN 14509), CE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GOST-R and UKRSEPRO. Efectis fire test reports and ATEX certificates of conformity for our products are also available. We publish all the certificates and test reports in the Library section; behind every piece of technical information on this site there is a corresponding document or test report.

Sustainability

Insulation is the cheapest energy

One of the most effective ways to reduce the energy a building needs is good insulation. For us, sustainability is therefore not limited to the environmental effects of production. The energy a panel saves over the life of the building is an important part of it too.

Panels with a polyurethane core deliver high insulation performance at lower thicknesses. That makes it possible to use less material in the building envelope and to arrive at lighter solutions. A lighter envelope can also mean a lower load on the structure.

Sandwich panels can be dismantled and reused elsewhere. When a facility grows or moves, the existing panels can be put back to use. At the end of their life, the metal faces of the panel can be recycled.

We also reduce resource use in production as far as we can. Because our continuous lines cut panels directly to the dimensions ordered, production waste falls. The metal offcuts are separated as scrap and sent for recycling. Our environmental management system is certified under ISO 14001.
