Quality is not a result in manufacturing but a method. What decides the load a panel carries, the insulation it gives and how it behaves in fire is the discipline it was made with.
How we understand quality
Since the day we were founded we have looked at the same thing: that the product comes out the same every time. For us quality is not an inspection at the end of production but the sum of the decisions made at the head of the line.
With our panel lines, our polyol production facilities and our project teams, we supply the whole of Türkiye, above all the Marmara region, and the neighbouring markets. Every step of production is documented.
Total Quality Management is the most important condition for achieving the satisfaction of customers and employees. In line with its mission, Nuhpanel continuously develops its "Total Quality" approach.
Our quality, environmental and safety policy
As Nuhpanel A.Ş. we undertake:
- To achieve continuous improvement in product quality, in occupational health and safety, in the indices that show how the management system is working, and in supply chain performance
- To meet the environmental and occupational health and safety requirements set by law and regulation; to carry out risk, environmental and accident analyses for our processes and take measures that prevent pollution and accidents
- To establish and maintain communication with third parties
- To build environmental and safety awareness among our people
- To take preventive measures against accidents at work, injuries and occupational illnesses
- To maximise customer satisfaction in production and delivery by developing new products

Our management systems
Three management systems run together, and all three are certified by independent bodies.

Panels are also manufactured under TS EN 14509 and carry the CE mark. TS EN 14509 is the product standard for self-supporting double skin metal faced insulating panels: it defines how a panel declares its mechanical resistance, its thermal performance and its behaviour in fire.
Control in production
For quality, a continuous line differs from batch production in two places. First, the core is pressed to the same density along the whole panel; a deviation in density is a deviation in the insulation value. Second, the panel is cut to the order rather than to a mould, so a dimensional error is caught on the line and not on site.
Samples are taken at every step from raw material intake to dispatch. The values measured are the values published on the product pages; behind a figure written on this site there is a measurement or a document.
Where the measured values are published
A quality claim is quality only so far as it can be verified. Every measured value therefore stands openly on the site: fire class, thermal conductivity, thickness and cover width in the technical table on each product page; load values, broken down by span and purlin spacing, in the load tables.
