The open screw wall panel is a micro-rib wall system in which the screw passes through the face of the panel. Installation is fast and the screw heads remain visible; it is chosen for buildings where the facade is in the background and appearance is not a determining factor.
In this version the core is polyurethane: 0.022 W/mK thermal conductivity, B-s1-d0 fire class with a PIR core. Thickness goes up to 200 mm, and the panel is produced in a single piece up to 15.5 metres.
On facades where appearance matters, the concealed screw system is used; the difference between the two is not technical performance but the fixing method and appearance. The facing class is selected according to the environment: PVDF or plastisol in coastal regions and aggressive atmospheres. Joint details are in the Library section.
