RENOBOARD 30 is a renovation board applied over an existing roof. The old covering is not removed; the board is laid directly on top of it.
This method has two consequences. The first is time: the stripping, debris removal and re-covering steps are eliminated. The second is continuity: the renovation can be carried out without stopping the production or storage activity beneath the roof.
The top facing is 1.20 mm homogeneous PVC and the board itself provides the waterproofing. The bottom facing is 0.08 mm H22 aluminium. The core is polyisocyanurate; its density is measured at 48-52 kg/m³ and its thermal conductivity at 0.022 W/mK.
The cover width is 1200 mm. Including the 100 mm overlap allowance, the board is produced 1300 mm wide; the overlap sits on top of the adjacent board. Lengths range from 3000 to 6000 mm and the core thickness is 30 mm. The top facing can also be supplied as TPO or PVC-EVA.
The boards are joined by hot-air welding of the PVC surface; no separate covering is used at the joint.
