PIRBOARD GF is a PIR insulation board with glass fleece facing on both sides. The mineral-based facing allows mortar, screed or adhesive to be applied over it.
It is used in roof and terrace insulation, on surfaces that will be covered. The board size is 1200 x 2400 mm and the thickness ranges from 20 to 200 mm; thermal conductivity is 0.022 W/mK and the fire class is B-s1-d0.
The board is not load-bearing. In applications such as accessible terraces and service walkways, the load is carried by the screed or slab above; if it is necessary to walk on the board during installation, a temporary load-spreading surface is used.
