TRIPAN PU is a five-rib roof panel whose outer sheet is laminated with a PVC membrane. The membrane is not a layer bonded on afterwards: the galvanised sheet and the membrane are joined on a separate lamination line at 220 degrees centigrade and become a single layer.
On site this means the delamination and tearing seen in solutions with separate membrane layers no longer occur. The laminated surface also resists impact; it makes walking on the roof easier and reduces the need for a separate walkway. With TRIPAN there is no need to form a separate gutter on the roof.
In this version the core is polyurethane: 0.022 W/mK thermal conductivity, B-s1-d0 fire class with a PIR core. It is suitable for low-pitch roofs and for buildings where a solar power plant is planned; details are on the solar roof panel page.
