NRP3 PU is the polyurethane-core version of the three-rib roof profile. The rib height is 37 mm, and the profile is designed for buildings with short and medium roof spans where purlin spacing is kept close.
The polyurethane core provides high insulation in a thin section with a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK; its closed-cell structure does not absorb water and resists vapour. On the roofs of heated warehouses, production facilities and commercial buildings, these two properties are decisive together.
Span and snow load are selected from the load table together with the thickness; the tables are in the Library section. If a wider span is required, move to the five- or seven-rib profile. The minimum pitch for a sandwich roof panel is 7%, and the joint details are shown as drawings in the Library section.
