NRP5 Hybrid is the hybrid-core version of the five-rib roof profile. The core is rock wool based, with polyurethane strips along the edges; the strip holds the screw seat tight and makes the panel somewhat lighter.
The fire class is the same as that of rock wool, A2-s1-d0; thermal conductivity is 0.045 W/mK. The hybrid core is chosen for roofs where A2 class is mandatory and wind suction governs the design: the suction load acts directly on the screw, so behaviour in the screw zone becomes decisive there.
The rib height is 37 mm and the thickness goes up to 150 mm. Span and snow load are selected from the load table; the tables are in Library, and fasteners and application notes are in the Library section.
