The membrane roof panel is a five-rib roof panel carrying a PVC membrane on its outer face. The membrane is used on low-pitch roofs where a pre-painted steel surface alone is not sufficient, and in environments exposed to chemical attack.
In this version the core is polyurethane: thermal conductivity 0.022 W/mK, fire class B-s1-d0 with a PIR core. Thickness goes up to 200 mm and the panel is produced in single lengths of up to 15.5 metres; on a membrane roof, a low number of joints is a direct gain in watertightness.
