Trapez 37/1000 is a trapezoidal sheet profile with five ribs. It is produced with a rib height of 37 mm and a cover width of 1000 mm.
The rib height is the dimension that determines the profile's resistance to bending. At 37 mm it spans a wider distance than the 24/1000 profile at the same sheet thickness; for this reason it is used on industrial roofs where purlin spacing is kept wide.
The sheet thickness is selected between 0.50 mm and 1.00 mm. The coating is supplied as either polyester or PVDF; the standard colour is RAL 9002.
Span and sheet thickness are selected together; the tables are in the Library section. Where insulation is required, trapezoidal sheet alone is not sufficient; either a separate insulation layer is laid beneath it or a sandwich panel is used instead.
