Trapez 24/1000 is a trapezoidal sheet profile with seven ribs. It is produced with a rib height of 24 mm and a cover width of 1000 mm.
The closely spaced ribs distribute the load more evenly along the sheet and bring the surface closer to a flat appearance. For this reason the profile is used in wall cladding, under eaves and on roofs where purlin spacing is kept narrow.
Steel sheet thickness is selected between 0.50 mm and 1.00 mm. The coating is supplied as polyester or PVDF; the standard colour is RAL 9002, other RAL colours are subject to special order.
The distributed load that can be carried depends on both the sheet thickness and the span; the tables are in the Library section. Where insulation is required, trapezoidal sheet alone is not sufficient: either a separate insulation layer is laid beneath it, or a sandwich panel is used instead.
