TRIPAN Rock Wool is the rock wool cored version of the five-rib roof panel with laminated PVC membrane. The rib height is 37 mm and the fire class is A2-s1-d0.
The membrane and the steel sheet are bonded on a separate lamination line at 220 degrees Celsius; the surface behaves as a single layer and the delamination problem seen in separately layered membrane solutions is eliminated. The mineral core covers the fire side.
This product belongs on low-pitch industrial roofs where an A2 class is required. Thermal conductivity is 0.045 W/mK and the insulation target is met through thickness; the result for the section is read from the U-value calculation.
