Flux 600 is the 610 mm high series of the sectional door panel. At a given door height it requires fewer panels than the 500 series, and therefore fewer hinge lines and fewer horizontal joint lines.
Panel thickness is 42 mm and core density is 45 kg/m³. The core is produced as PUR or PIR; thermal conductivity is 0.022 W/mK, and the fire class is B-s1-d0 with a PIR core and B-s2-d0 with a PUR core.
Technical performance is the same in both series; the difference comes only from the door design driven by the panel height. The inner and outer facings are embossed; the special embossing structure and the reverse hardware design increase wind resistance. Reinforcement profiles are required on wide-span doors and on facilities in open terrain.
