The acoustic wall panel is a micro-rib wall panel with a perforated inner steel sheet. Sound passes through the perforated surface, reaches the porous rock wool core and is absorbed there.
This panel belongs in buildings where noise builds up inside the volume: production halls, workshops, sports halls and machine rooms. The panel does not block sound travelling outwards; it reduces the reverberation building up inside.
The fire class is A2-s1-d0 and the thermal conductivity is 0.045 W/mK. Thickness goes up to 200 mm. Sound absorption values are based on measurement and are assessed on a project basis; the documents are in the Library section.
