SIDING 1000 PU is a wall panel with a flat, rib-free surface. A rib is not only a visual element; it is also a geometry that conceals the planar behaviour of the steel sheet. A flat surface offers no such concealment, so the production tolerance narrows accordingly.
The panel is produced with a PUR-PIR or rock wool core; the class is given according to the core. Thickness goes up to 60 mm and the cover width is 1000 mm.
A flat surface is the most demanding surface on façades lit from the side and in dark colours: the colour and orientation decision is therefore made together with the panel decision. Facing options are polyester, PVDF, plastisol and DPF; the colour chart is in the Library section.
