CCP01 PU is a polyurethane core panel type produced for cold storage facilities. What separates a cold room panel from a roof or wall panel is not the thickness of the section but the joint geometry: the panels lock into one another, and the joint carries the vapour barrier continuity of the envelope.
Thickness starts at 60 mm and goes up to 200 mm; as the operating temperature drops, the section gets thicker. Cover width is offered in 1000, 1095 and 1200 mm options, so the same surface can be covered with fewer pieces.
The closed-cell structure of the polyurethane core does not absorb water and resists vapour; in a cooled volume, condensation usually starts not at the centre of the panel but around the joints and the door frame. Details are on the cold storage facility page.
